Terms and Conditions

Azure Therapy will always work towards providing you with an appropriate therapist to fit your particular requirements. 

All of our therapists have undergone rigorous training and are registered with professional bodies such as UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). 

Your individual therapist will inform you of their own confidentiality agreement which will be in accordance with GDPR and also the professional body the therapist is registered with, for example, UKCP or BACP. 

Payment for your sessions will be discussed by your therapist at your first appointment. Azure Therapy has a card machine so payments can also be made by debit or credit card. 

Appointments last for 50 minutes although longer sessions can be negotiated with your therapist. 

Cancellations of appointments will be discussed by your therapist. If insufficient notice of cancellation is given the full charge is payable.
