At Azure Therapy we take your privacy very seriously and endeavour at all times to maintain your confidentiality in line with current data protection laws (GDPR 2018)
Azure Therapy stores your personal details on paper registration cards which are used to record your
appointment dates and times. These registration cards are always stored securely and the personal information they contain is never shared with anyone other than your designated therapist.
Your personal details are not entered on any computer system. Diary records, which are kept on password protected IT equipment, only identify clients using their initials and not their full names.
Azure Therapy will only hold your personal information, including emails, for as long as you are using the services of Azure Therapy.
Azure Therapy will only contact you when necessary using the information you have provided, for example if your therapist had to cancel your appointment.
Your individual therapist will inform you of their own confidentiality agreement which will be in accordance with GDPR and also the professional body the therapist is registered with, for example, UKCP or BACP
Azure Therapy is registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO). If there is a breach of our data protection policy Azure Therapy will inform the Information Commissioner immediately.
